Individual deliverables, scopes of work, milestones, and project pricing are confirmed via written proposals.
All site content, brand assets, proprietary code libraries, and documentation remain the property of DigitalRony.
Full commercial ownership of bespoke project codebases transfers to clients upon completion and full settlement of invoices.
Digital products purchased directly through the store are licensed under single-entity commercial or personal terms:
Payments are processed securely via verified gateways. Custom milestones are invoiced according to agreed milestones.
In no event shall DigitalRony be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables.
